1. Who we are

Signe Coach (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides mindset and purpose coaching services and related digital products for high-performing professionals. Contact: [email protected].

2. Scope of services

1:1 sessions, group coaching, workshops (online or in person), and digital materials (workbooks, audios, recordings). We may update offerings at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Services are not medical, psychological, or financial advice.

4. Bookings, pricing & payments

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice (changes don’t affect confirmed bookings).
Payment is due at booking via our payment processor. You authorize charges for the full amount, taxes, and fees.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

1:1 sessions: reschedule with ≥24 hours’ notice; late cancellations/no-shows are charged in full.
Group programs/workshops: fees are non-refundable once access has been granted or the cohort has started.
Digital products: non-refundable upon delivery (instant access).
If we must cancel, you’ll be offered a new time or a refund.

6. Client responsibilities

Arrive on time, in a quiet/private space, with stable internet (for online). You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

7. No guarantees; disclaimers

Coaching supports performance, clarity, and personal growth. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions, and we make no guarantees of results or earnings.

8. Health & crisis

If you are under medical or psychological care, consult your provider before participating. In an emergency, contact local services immediately.

9. Group conduct

We maintain a respectful, confidential environment. We may remove participants for disruptive or harmful behavior without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content we provide (audios, PDFs, methods, frameworks, session recordings) is our intellectual property. Personal, non-transferable license only. Do not copy, share, or resell without written consent.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and follow our Privacy Policy. For group settings, we encourage mutual confidentiality but cannot guarantee other participants’ actions.

12. Testimonials & recordings

With your explicit consent only, we may use anonymized feedback for marketing. We do not record sessions unless both parties agree in writing.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

15. Force majeure

We aren’t liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on our site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Booking & transaction: session selections, dates, amounts, invoices.
Usage: pages viewed, device info, approximate location, cookies.
Coaching context (optional): goals you choose to share to tailor sessions.
Communications: emails, messages, and feedback.

3. Why we use your data (legal bases under GDPR)

To deliver services and manage your account (contract).
Payments, billing, and fraud prevention (contract/legal obligation/legitimate interests).
Customer support and service communications (contract/legitimate interests).
Marketing emails (consent; you can withdraw anytime).
Analytics and site security (legitimate interests).
Compliance with law (legal obligation).

4. Sharing & processors

We use trusted processors for hosting, scheduling, payments, email/automation, and analytics. They process data under our instructions and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, typically:

Client records: up to 6 years (tax/accounting).
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or two years after last interaction.
Session notes (if kept): up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier (subject to legal requirements).
